Speed Queen's unique Automatic Balance System (ABS)
provides the industry's best out-of-balance handling. The liquid- filled
balance ring at the top of the tub, coupled with the new innovative suspension
system, means that machines complete wash cycles without interruption,
eliminating not only unfinished wash cycles and unnecessary service calls, but the
need for an out-of-balance switch, as well. Its 710 RPM spin speed
is among the highest in the industry, resulting in reduced drying time and
energy usage.
The new water fill system enables water to flow all the way around the tub as it enters the washer, thoroughly wetting down and spray rinsing even overstuffed wash loads.

On the stacked model, a separate security module containing coin is reinforced with 12 internal screws. Access can only be gained using special keys to the vault and control panel locks.

New Speed Queen Frontload Washers
Martin-Ray Laundry Systems is proud to represent the new Horizon line of Frontload Washers recently announced by Speed Queen! The new tumble action washers feature reduced water and energy consumption with superior water extraction. A typical load uses less than 23 gallons per cycle of water, a savings of almost 9 gallons per cycle compared to a toploading washer. The Speed Queen Horizon models were specifically designed for commercial use. Because of this, they offer the longest warranty package in the industry.
Frontload washers are growing in popularity in commercial applications because they reduce operating and utility costs by decreasing both total water and hot water usage per cycle. The machine's high 1000 rpm spin speed can also provide significant savings in the energy used to dry laundry.
Also important is that Speed Queen's Frontload washer design complies with government requirements for handicap accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The washers are designed with easy to reach operating controls for easy access by physically impaired customers.
