MILNOR's three-speed drive gives you the most effective speed for each function. Three speed operation is essential and allows: more intensive wash speeds for best wash quality; a needed distribution speed to prevent vibration during extract by evenly distributing the fabric being laundered; a final extract speed keyed toward today's fabrics. For controls, choose the E-P Express Microprocessor with thirty all programmable formulas, or the E-P OneTouch microprocessor with four preprogrammed formulas - all of which are activated by simple pushbuttons.

For a machine that stands up to hard use, you need a true industrial
washer-extractor. One built by a company that knows what industrial
machinery is all about. Most manufacturers start from a background of small,
appliance-type machines. They work up from there, based upon what they know. MILNOR

30022 H8J HIGH-SPEED WASHER-EXTRACTORS
Extra Capacity The 55-60 lb. (25-27 kg) capacity is a big advantage
over smaller 50 lb. machines. In most laundries, it adds up to an extra

SMALL SUSPENDED WASHER- EXTRACTORS (30022 F8J/F8J, 36030 F8J/F8W and 42032

Dynamically tuned suspension helps cushion vibration. F8J and
F7P have six speeds: two wash, pre-extract distribution, three
extract. F8P and F7P have distribution speed and programmable wash and extract
speeds. High-speed extraction excellent for all-cottons.
Simple inverter drive with only one motor. Unusually large wash cylinder enhances
production. Highly perforated wash cylinders have more open area for water
interchange, giving fast washing, rinsing, and extracting. Microprocessor includes
informative "real-world" displays, self-diagnostics, and formula counter to aid

OPEN-POCKET STAPH-GUARD Washer-Extractors
Sophisticated barrier units with the advantages of open-pocket
machines. Ideal for healthcare work.
Capacities: 110 and 165 lbs. (50 and 75kg.)
Prevent Cross-contamination. MILNOR's StaphAIRTROL
air circulation system helps protect health care linen from recontamination.
It allows air to be drawn into the washer-extractor from the clean side only and
discharged only into the soiled side. All drive components of MILNOR
open-pocket Staph-Guard washer-extractors are located on the soiled side
of the machines, eliminating the spread of operating residue to the clean side. A barrier
completely separates the soiled laundry handling area from the clean laundry
section. The Staph-Guard machine is installed within this restrictive
barrier.
Automatically controlled safety interlocks help ensure complete
separation. Loading and unloading doors cannot be opened simultaneously. Also
the unloading door will not open until all cycles are complete. When the unloading
door is open, there are no openings within the machine - even the drain valve
closes. Also, discharge water only drains to the soiled side work area.
A barrier laundry should be designed to include positive pressure ventilation in the clean

MILNOR CBW Tunnel Washers
For industrial laundries, linen suppliers, laundries handling work for at least 600
standard hotel rooms, 500 luxury hotel rooms, 300-400 hospital beds, or 600 nursing home
beds, and for large correctional facilities.
Batch Sizes: Up to 100lbs. (45kg.) for the 76028, 110 lbs. (50kg.) for
the 76032, and 130 lbs. (60kg.) for the 76039. You also can select the number of
modules needed for a specified output in the desired time.
The MILNOR Tunnel Washer is a modular machine in
which batches of goods progress through a complete wash cycle by moving from module to
module. Each module performs a specific portion of the wash process. Water
flows in the opposite direction of the goods, creating a built-in water reuse
system. A tunnel washer is part of a system which usually
also includes a press or centrifugal extractor, dryers, and conveyors to move goods

MILNOR 55-190 LB. Dryers
The MILNOR M96 Dryer can dry 165 to 190 lbs. an hour, accommodating loads
from MILNOR washer-extractors. Diameter is 42 inches - for better lift
and drop, more exposure to hot air. The M96 boosts productivity by
drying quickly. Heat input is an impressive 350,000 Btu/hour, with
2,700
cfm airflow and a 3 HP blower motor for the highest heat exchange in its field.
The entire front panel is removable, so
maintenance can be performed from
the front. This is a time-saving convenience for the service staff - as well as a
safety benefit. It's a major advantage for layout purposes, too, as the M96
can be placed closer to the wall. Lint is also removed from the front through a door
at the bottom.
The automatic drying feature in MILNOR Dryers helps
prevent over-drying and helps eliminate guesswork. It avoids wasting energy on loads
that are already dry. Six different pre-set programs provide all the flexibility
most laundries need - and all are re-programmable. The dry cycle ends when
the pre-selected dryness level (between 90 and 100%) is achieved.
NEW! - MILNOR FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM (FSS) The
advanced Phase 7 control can sense high heat conditions caused by overheating or
spontaneous combustion. It then triggers a water jet system which
virtually eliminates fires by immediately extinguishing the spread of flames.
