The Surefire system on Chicago Dryer's larger gas heated ironers

temperature system. This electronic technology eliminates mechanical
contact shoes, high temperature limit switches and temperature fluctuations due
to excessive wear, lint/wax buildup, or lack of maintenance.
The increased performance, reliability, and efficiency of this new technology
bring gas heated ironing to more users with high production rates previously
attainable only by multi-roll steam or thermal fluid ironers. Because no
external boiler or heater is required, there are substantial savings in floor
space, capital investment, stationary engineer and operating costs.
CENTURY is Chicago Dryer's intelligent multi-roll (one to four) deep
chest ironing system. Available in a choice of 32", 42", or
52" diameter rolls in steam or thermal fluid models for production of 600

offers exclusive two-sided ironing quality from two 32" diameter gas or
steam heated rolls mounted vertically to provide high production in one-third
less space. TITAN steam ironers are available with up to four

EDGE high efficiency spreader-feeder features the world's first cornerless
sheet loading system. This unique patented design dramatically increases
operator output because it eliminates time-consuming manual finding,
positioning, and clipping of one or more sheet corners during machine
loading. Because each operator can load more pieces per hour, a reduction
of one or more FTE's is realistically attainable compared to single or two
corner automated feeding systems that may require up to four operators.
